There’s something powerful about women gathering with intention. Each Sunday Sisterhood experience is an invitation to discover something new, exchange ideas, and engage in sacred practices.
We’ll come together each month, sometimes in person in Dallas and sometimes online. Some experiences will follow the seasons or cycles of the moon. Others will introduce us to new ideas through special guests. There will be conversation, ritual, reflection, manifestation, and space for whatever unfolds.

For centuries, the beginning of November has been a time to remember those who came before us. Across different traditions, these days have been associated with our ancestors and with the belief that the veil between this world and the next is especially thin.
For our November circle, we’ll create an ancestral altar and explore the beliefs and patterns that run through our families. What gifts have been passed down to us? What beliefs or patterns might we be carrying without even realizing it? And what are we ready to leave behind?

Exploring Family Constellations
Our guest for the evening is Lauren Butler, a Family Constellations facilitator who has worked with the practice for more than seven years. Family Constellations explores how unresolved experiences and patterns within a family can continue to affect later generations. We may find ourselves unconsciously taking on roles, loyalties, beliefs or burdens that have their roots in our family’s past.
The work brings these hidden connections into view. Rather than blaming or judging the people who came before us, Family Constellations seeks resolution through understanding and acceptance. It allows us to see our family members and their stories with greater compassion, put down what was never ours to carry, and let the love remain.
What to Bring
Bring a yoga mat, journal, and photographs of family members who have passed that you would like to include on our ancestral altar.

The story behind Sunday Sisterhood
Sunday Sisterhood grew from a simple idea: women need places to gather.
For generations, women have come together to share stories, mark transitions, learn from one another, and make meaning of their lives. Many of us have fewer spaces for that kind of connection today.
Sunday Sisterhood is my way of creating one.
I’m Caroline, and for the past nine years, I’ve been bringing women together for retreats and gatherings centered on connection, reflection, ritual, and creating what comes next. Sunday Sisterhood brings that experience home, with regular gatherings that make it possible to build community over time.
